Legislative Scorecard

Accountability is important to the Florida Health Care Association. The 2011 Legislative Scorecard reports lawmakers' support for the Association's priorities based on their records during 2011 legislative committee assignments and the 2011 legislative session. Legislators are scored on a five-star rating scale, symbolic of how providers are rated on quality care outcomes provided to long term care residents (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Five Star Quality Rating System). A five-star rating indicates the highest level of support, one is the lowest and three represents an average rating.
