Scott Bell, FHCA's newly elected Secretary, was named the recipient of the 2008 Walter M. Johnson Jr. Circle of Excellence Award, the association's highest honor. FHCA Past President, Dion Sena, along with his wife and Workforce Committee Chair Cathy Sena, who together received the honor in 2007, co-presented year's award at the 2008 FHCA/FCAL Annual Conference banquet.
