2014 CNA Essay Contest Winners
Certified Nursing Assistants support residents in nursing homes and ALFs with their activities of daily living (ADLs): that is personal care, mobility, nutrition, using assistive devices, supporting resident’s rights, providing end-of-life care and so much more. FHCA’s 2014 CNA Essay Contest invited CNAs to write about their successful practices in delivering ADLs using the theme, “Back to Basics, Paying Attention to Activities of Daily Living.” Over 50 essays were submitted, and FHCA would like to congratulate our top-three winners below.
