What is the Quality Credentialing Program?

Long Term Care Facilities which are members of Florida Health Care Association have the benefit of participation in FHCA's Quality Credentialing Program. This program was introduced in 2001 to address the following principles:

  • Accountability to the consumer for services provided through public disclosure;

  • The integration of a dynamic quality improvement process in standards of practice and best practices;

  • Recognition of achievement in the Long Term Care Community;

  • Embracing FHCA's Code of Ethics that calls for service excellence among members
Member facilities may utilize a Self-Assessment Checklist to analyze key elements FHCA has identified as critical for success. Providers with concerns or unmet areas may contact FHCA for guidance.

You may conduct your own search for FHCA Member Facilities by visiting Member Search.
