Admissions & Marketing My expertise and knowledge can elevate your organization’s admissions and marketing department to a new level. I have acquired over 9 years of Corporate Admissions and Marketing experience in skilled nursing facilities and 17 years of experience in healthcare. As the healthcare industry changes from day to day, we must be prepared to do the same. Although my tenure with my current employer has been a satisfying experience, I look forward to the challenge of moving in a new direction.

During my professional career of being the Corporate Director of Admissions, I have been responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the admissions department for 20 buildings located within Florida, North Carolina, Virginia and New Jersey. I have successfully hired, trained and supervised a staff of over 25 employees. In providing continuous education on the regulatory aspects of both the Medicare and Medicaid programs the facilities have maintained in compliance with both Federal and State regulations.

I have spear headed the Medicare Part D transition for the corporation and in the process, personally recouped $28,078.00 in erroneous Medicare Part D charges. I have developed the Avante corporations’ admission documents including the resident admission packet and handbook, monthly and quarterly reporting systems, the admissions department training manual and marketing brochures. I have been responsible for developing such departmental policy and procedures including PASRR, the Sex Offender registry for Virginia, and bed hold policies.

In closing, I look forward to meeting with you in person to discuss how my knowledge and expertise can benefit your organization. I may be contacted at 407-402-9474 or by email at cristina.trinidad08@yahoo.com.

Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator! I recently completed an assignment as the Interim Executive Director of Winnfield Nursing And Rehabilitation Center. Before I arrived there the facility on its last survey had 21 health deficiencies and 1 fire safety deficiency. During my administration the facility on its most recent survey had 4 health deficiencies and 4 fire safety deficiencies. Also the deficiencies were of a nature that an onsite revisit will not be conducted. The families and residents seemed to be much happier and satisfied with my hands on style of administration than they have been in the recent past. I worked with our company consultants and department heads to make sure that we delivered the highest quality of care and service that we could to our residents. I am now looking for my next professional opportunity. I live in Crowley, Louisiana. I am interested in interim nursing facility administrator assignments nationwide. I also would be open to a permanent nursing facility administrator opportunity if I could arrive on Monday and leave on Friday. Of course I am also interested in opportunities within driving distance of Crowley. The only thing that I would not be open to would be relocating my family at this time. If you hear of any of the above opportunities your referral would be appreciated. Thanks for your consideration in this professional matter and have a good day!

Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator! I am looking for my next professional opportunity. I just completed an assignment as the interim administrator of Lake Providence Community Living Center in Lake Providence, Louisiana. I provided the leadership necessary
and solved their recent survey deficiencies as well as working to increase their census in this isolated small town facility by using my organized and team building approach. We started providing Hospice services in this
facility under my administration. Since November 6, 2006 by working with our corporate consultants and facility staff
we cleared all 43 deficiencies on our follow-up survey by the state on January 10, 2007. I served as a Preceptor for
two Administrators In Training in this facility. On our annual survey in April 2007 we reduced our deficiencies to 8 from the previous 43. On June 26, 2007 the state cleared us of all of the 8 deficiencies from our April survey. On our survey in October 2007 we reduced our deficiencies to 5 from the previous 8. I am interested in interim nursing facility administrator opportunities nationwide. I am also open to arriving on Monday and leaving on Friday for a permanent situation. Of course I am interested in nursing facilities within driving distance of Crowley, Louisiana. My contact information is as follows:
