• CMS has released S & C Letter 09-07 gives state survey agencies advance notice of how the federal Five Star Quality Rating System can be accessed by providers and what will appear on the Nursing Home Compare Web site. Providers will have access to their individual Five-Star rating beginning December 16, 2008, so we encourage all members to access this information after that date.
