Revised Federal Immediate/5-Day Reporting Guidance
On March 4, the Agency for Health Care Administration has issued guidance and a new federal immediate/5 day reporting form for abuse/neglect incidents. This guidance and suggested form stem from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services S&C Letter 07-25 Accidents & Supervision from August, 2007.
