FHCA Member, Rich Kase, to Serve on American Health Care Board of Governors

Tallahassee, FL - Rich Kase, president and CEO of Cypress Health Care Management, was recently elected to represent the Florida Health Care Association on the Board of Governors for the American Health Care Association, the nation’s largest association of professional long term health care providers. Kase was elected for the first time as an at-large member of the Board of Governors and will help American Health Care continue to build a future focusing on the vitality of the long term care community and strengthen efforts to improve the quality of care for millions of elderly and disabled Americans nationwide.

Kase is an active member of the Florida Health Care Association (FHCA), providing FHCA with grassroots support to help Florida’s skilled nursing facilities secure adequate funding. As president of Cypress Health Care Management, Kase oversees 9 long term care facilities in Florid, including the Palm Garden, Palm Terrace and Citrus Gardens facilities.

The election took place during the American Health Care Association’s 59th Annual Convention and Exposition in Nashville, Tennessee in early October.
