Recognizing Contributions

The need for recognition and approval is a basic human desire and the willingness to give it a sign of strength. Visionary leaders understand there is a balance between achieving results and how those results are achieved. This leader is not only interested in hitting this month’s figures, but also in creating an organization that has the ability to be flexible, where individuals enjoy going to work. People working in long term care, in particular, need encouragement to continue their journey in serving others and reaching for their personal best.
