FHCA 2012 National Quality Award Educational Series
FHCA will host a series of webinars for National Quality Silver Award applicants. Hosted by FHCA President Nina Willingham, a 2010 Silver Award recipient, the webinar series will run through December 28th, and each week will focus on a different section of the application (e.g. section 1.1/1.2 - Leadership). Facilities which have earned Bronze Award status are eligible to apply for the Silver Award. Each webinar will take place from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.; dates and topics are listed below.
