Self-Submission Tip Sheet

Florida Health Care Association is an approved provider of the Florida Board of Nursing Home Administrators. We utilize CE Broker to report Florida licensees’ contact hours to the Department of Health. This process eliminates the need for FHCA to maintain national approval through NAB. If you are licensed in another state and would like for your credits to apply toward that license, you can contact your state board about self-submission. For your convenience, we have listed below the contact information for each state board.
