Advocacy in Action Contest

Help FHCA raise awareness about the quality care being delivered in Florida. Highlight that care and the impact your facility is making on your community by hosting a facility tour. These tours are also a great way to build relationships with individuals whose decisions affect the long term care profession.

Advocacy in Action: How It Works

Host a facility tour between now and July 1, 2025, as part of FHCA’s Advocacy in Action Contest. Tours can include your federal and state legislators, city and county elected officials, Sheriff, Police and Fire Chiefs, Emergency Managers, AHCA leadership or other long term care stakeholders. For every tour hosted, your center will be entered into a drawing to win $500 toward a social event for residents and staff. 

The winner will be announced at the Legislative Mega Session during FHCA’s 2025 Annual Conference & Trade Show, July 13-17 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

Use this submission link for each tour your facility hosts; each submission will earn your facility an entry into the tour contest prize drawing. The deadline to complete and submit your tour(s) information is July 1, 2025.
