RAI Clinical Reimbursement & Analytics Program

RAI Clinical Reimbursement & Analytics Program

April 2-4, 2025

FHCA's RAI Clinical Reimbursement & Analytics Program focuses on resident assessment, restorative care, person-centered care planning and quality metrics through clinical reimbursement. Two trainings are offered through this program, the 18-hour Full Program and the 12-hour Executive Program, which omits the item-by-item coding review day.

The Full RAI Clinical Reimbursement & Analytics Program is an 18-hour training program that will support participants to learn and/or enhance their skills and improve quality outcomes. Attendees will benefit from an understanding of individualized resident-centered evaluation and assessment through knowledge of integrating the RAI process into the day-to-day care and services applied to each resident. The Full Program is geared toward the entire interdisciplinary team, including Administrators and AITs, Nurse Administrators/Directors of Nursing, MDS Coordinators and regional/corporate team members.

The Executive RAI Clinical Reimbursement & Analytics Program will focus on the OBRA RAI requirements, integrate understanding of the Quality Measures, Five Star, CMS MDS/Staffing Focused Survey, the Medicare Prospective Payment System and Consolidated Billing. This program offers 12-hours of continuing education credits contained within the three-day Full Program, omitting the item-by-item coding review day. Participants will gain the knowledge to understand processes and, ultimately, to inspect what they expect while managing their facility programs. This also includes a review of the Florida Medicaid Prospective Payment Program. The Executive Program will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday. Participants will not receive the endorsement examination.
