Get ready to rev up for the 2025 Annual Conference & Trade Show, where we’ll embark on an exhilarating journey from the iconic Route 66 to the thrilling Formula One tracks and the renowned Daytona Speedway, all while we accelerate towards excellence together!

Each year, FHCA's Annual Conference Committee strives to offer a remarkable lineup of education featuring a program that is both inspirational and thought provoking for attendees.

Long term care professionals are invited to submit a presentation for the Florida Health Care Association 2025 Annual Conference & Trade Show. The Annual Conference Committee is looking for interesting, educational, empowering, and inspirational presentations that will equip attendees with effective strategies to achieve operational success and continuous quality improvement. Annual Conference CE Sessions focus on topics and issues that impact providers, direct and indirect care staff, residents and the long term care community, now and into the future.

The Call for Presentations for the 2025 Annual Conference & Trade Show will be open on November 8.  Stay tuned for more information.

Florida Health Care Association represents over 580 centers which provide skilled nursing, post-acute and sub-acute care, short-term rehab, assisted living and other services to the frail, elderly and individuals with disabilities in Florida. The mission of FHCA is to advance the quality of services, image, professional development and financial stability of its members.

FHCA's Annual Conference and Trade Show brings together almost 1,000 attendees for four value-packed days of learning, networking and fun. FHCA prides itself in providing a remarkable lineup of education to equip attendees with effective strategies to achieve operational excellence, while providing them with unique and memorable experiences to refresh their spirits.

Presenting an educational program at Annual Conference is a privilege only the best in the profession can experience. We invite you to respond to this Call for Presentations if you or your company would like to be considered to present at the FHCA 2025 Annual Conference. The deadline to submit is January 6. (All submissions will be notified by the end of March as to whether or not their CE Session was selected).

Topics and Session titles/descriptions that incorporate the theme stated above are highly encouraged and appreciated by the attendees. 

Submission Guidelines

The FHCA Annual Conference Committee and Professional Development Committee help select CE Sessions from the Call for Presentation submissions. They design the educational program to ensure attendees are equipped with effective strategies to achieve operational success and continuous quality improvement. CE Sessions focus on topics and issues which will affect providers, front-line staff, residents and the long term care community now and into the future.

All proposals will be reviewed and evaluated for their:

  • Level of complexity;
  • Strength of practical application;
  • Content and organizational quality; and
  • Creativity and timeliness.

If selected to present a CE Session, here’s how you will benefit:

  • Have the opportunity to contribute to the profession and the growing body of knowledge in long term care;
  • Gain visibility and credibility as a leader in the profession; and
  • Network with attendees and other presenters and make valuable contacts.

Due to the value of the above benefits and our efforts to keep registration fees at a minimum for attendees, please note that FHCA does not pay honorariums or expenses for presenters selected as a result of this Call for Presentations. Your speaker badge will grant you access to any of the CE Sessions and the Trade Show for educational and networking opportunities. Continuing education credits and tickets for additional events are available for purchase.
