In this “new world,” everyone is gearing toward the same people to employ in our markets. The key is not recruitment; it is retention. How do you hold on to the amazing people you find to work in your business? It's not new or rocket science - people want to be treated well and will no longer tolerate anything less from a supervisor, leader or company. In this incredibly competitive environment, a company differentiates itself by how it treats its team members. This exciting seminar will help attendees remember the most important part of our business … PEOPLE!
