Tracy Greene Named 2025 FHCA Willis J. Gregson Associate of the Year

Tallahassee, Fla. – Tracy Greene, a dedicated partner and leader in Florida’s long term care sector, was recently honored as the Florida Health Care Association’s (FHCA) Willis J. Gregson Associate Member of the Year. The award, presented during FHCA’s 2025 Annual Conference in Orlando, is the highest honor an FHCA associate member can receive from Florida’s long term care profession. 

Greene, who currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for RB Health Partners, has been actively involved in FHCA for almost 25 years. After spending much of her career on the provider side, she recently transitioned to a business partner role — bringing with her deep experience in operations, administration, and emergency management to support facilities and professionals across the state. She has been a long-time contributor to FHCA, having served as a district president as well as an inaugural Florida Leader. In addition to these accolades, she has sat on numerous committees including the Survey and Regulatory Committee, the PAC committee, and is currently the chair of the Emergency Preparedness and Life Safety Committee. In this role, Greene has been instrumental in equipping providers with the training, resources, and partnerships they need to respond effectively during crises.

The 2025 Willis J. Gregson Award is part of Florida Health Care Association’s Long Term Care Achievement Awards, sponsored by Elite Medical Staffing, which were presented during FHCA's Annual Conference, July 13-17 at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando. These awards annually honor a Nursing Home and Assisted Living Facility Administrator of the Year, a business partner and other individuals for their service and dedication to long term care.
