Pines of Sarasota, an FHCA Member, Featured in National Association’s “Live Fully” Campaign

"Moments that Matter" Ad Highlights the Immeasurable Value of Long Term Care in America's Health Care System

SARASOTA, FL - Florida Health Care Association (FHCA) is pleased to announce that Pines of Sarasota, an FHCA member, has been featured in a new ad campaign from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). FHCA is the Florida affiliate of AHCA/NCAL, the largest national association representing long term and post-acute care providers. The ads are part of AHCA/NCAL’s newly launched Live Fully campaign, which is aimed at demonstrating the essential role long term care plays in our nation’s health care system and the lives of millions of older adults and individuals with disabilities.

“We are thrilled to have our community spotlighted in this meaningful campaign,” said Mike Ward, Pines President and CEO and FHCA Not for Profit Vice President. “Pines of Sarasota knows how important it is that all residents feel valued, cared for and truly at home, and that’s what this campaign is sharing. It’s so important that our policymakers see and understand the quality care that is provided in facilities and communities across the country every single day. Being able to actively help change the perception of long term care is incredibly rewarding, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this effort.”

"FHCA members are gold standard when it comes to delivering long term care, and the selection of Pines of Sarasota for this national ad campaign is a testament to their commitment to exceptional caregiving," said Emmett Reed, FHCA Chief Executive Officer. "With Pines' involvement in the Live Fully campaign, we have a tremendous opportunity to elevate the positive impact of long term care in Florida on residents, families and caregivers."
