Bradford Barber

Bradford Barber

Bradford Barber holds his master’s degree in nursing leadership management and a bachelor’s in business management with a concentration in supply chain/logistics. Brad has been working within the Tampa General Hospital (TGH) system for the last 10 years. During his tenure with TGH he has held many roles to support the organization including Clinical Administrator, Nurse Manager for the MICU & COVID ICUs, and now as the Director of Care Continuum.

Deborah Franklin

Deborah Franklin

Deborah Franklin is the Senior Director of Quality Affairs for the Florida Health Care Association. Deborah has a master’s in health administration and is a nursing home administrator with over 30 years in long term care sector. Deborah is responsible for leading the Association's internal quality department, and she works in conjunction with the FHCA Quality Cabinet to pioneer initiatives on quality improvement in long term care.

Don Glidewell has dedicated over 20 years to innovating long term care. As the founder of Blue Purpose, he has created a revolutionary software platform, specifically designed for senior care, at improving care and operational efficiency. His contributions have earned recognitions such as Mississippi's Top CEO and Top Entrepreneur, Florida’s Business Ambassador for economic impact, and the Mississippi Healthcare Hero Award, recognizing his commitment to enhancing healthcare for both providers and residents, and showcasing his national impact. 

Keely L. Kent

Keely L. Kent

Keely L Kent, PT, DPT, RAC-CT, QCP, Vice President of Compliance and Clinical Services at Continuum Therapy Partners. Keely has had a primary focus in long-term care/skilled nursing but takes pride in her experience in several healthcare settings. Keely has experience managing operations in various states with a focus on clinical outcomes, regulation changes, as well as customer engagement and customer service. 

Tom Parker

Tom Parker

Tom Parker serves as the Senior Director of Policy & Reimbursement for the Florida Health Care Association. On behalf of FHCA, he serves as a liaison to American Health Care Association and FHCA Reimbursement Committee and represents long term care providers before the Florida Legislature, AHCA, DOEA, CMS, and other entities regarding issues of reimbursement and health care finance policy.

Cary Smith

Cary Smith

Cary Smith is a graduate of Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, TN with a degree in long term care administration. Mrs. Smith has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 1989 in various States including Florida. Her breadth of experience in long term care includes marketing, customer service, training, program development and facility operations. She brings great passion and commitment to the aging population and the long term care profession.

Dr. Kelly Smith

Dr. Kelly Smith

Dr. Kelly Smith holds a doctoral degree in Aging Studies, is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Through her knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and professional experience, Dr. Smith focuses on quality and process improvement across the long term care continuum.

Kiran Sreenivas

Kiran Sreenivas is the Vice President of Research at American Health Care Association (AHCA) in Washington, DC. He oversees providing internal and external stakeholders with data and analyses to support AHCA’s mission of improving lives and delivering solutions for quality care.
