FHCA's Making Data-Driven Improvements to Maximize Reimbursement and Improve Care offers important training on key quality improvement topics and regulatory changes that will impact how long term care is delivered and how providers are reimbursed. This six-hour program focuses on person-centered care planning and improving quality metrics to help maximize Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement under the Prospective Payment System (PPS). Attendees will learn how to review, understand and utilize quality data to improve performance excellence standards such as QAPI, quality measurements, CMS Five Star Ratings, and the Baldrige Excellence Framework®  to enhance quality of care and optimize reimbursement rates.

Administrators, corporate leaders, reimbursement, clinical and therapy professionals, including MDS coordinators and other essential facility staff, will benefit from this program. For those unable to attend in-person, a virtual, live broadcast is available.
